Unfortunately the church car park is very small, so if the main car park is full you can park along parking bays on Albany Creek Road.

If you have parked in our main car park at the rear of the church, walk toward the main building which has a portico and is the entry to the church and hall.

If you have parked on Albany Creek Road, enter through the cream coloured metal gate facing Albany Creek Road, walking toward the portico which is the entry to the church and hall.

Southpine Church is full of easy-going, casual, laid-back folks. You don’t have to dress up, come as you are and wear whatever you'd like. We care about you — not what you wear. You'll see people in everything from jeans and a button up collared shirt, to shorts and a T-shirt as well as skirts and dresses. So just wear something that makes you feel comfortable.

There is always tea, coffee, water and nibbles in our Café area after the 10 am Family Worship Service. During Café time we just tend to mill around and do life together. This is a great time to ask questions of our regulars if you have any or just meet someone new.

What denomination are you?

We are a proud part of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Where does the money that’s collected in the offering go to?

We do have an offering every week, but it’s not for people who are checking out faith or the church. Southpine is supported financially by the people who have chosen to make it their church home. You won’t find us trying to squeeze cash out of you every time you walk through the door.

Our offerings are gathered and dispersed on behalf of the world-wide Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist church. Yes some of it goes to pay our Pastor and church bills such as electricity and rent. The offerings also are distributed towards ending poverty, educating children and running Christian hospitals.
